If your bridesmaids are wearing a colourful dress why not consider adding a bit of colour to their eye makeup? As the bride you want to standout! Make them look a bit different than you by adding a hint of their dress colour into the eye makeup colour, this will 'bring together' their colour theme and make you stand out as different.
Most people get a bit edgy when I mention colour, images of the 80's and blue shimmer eyeshadow allover the place pop into their mind! The products have gotten WAY better since then and the shimmer these days is not so in your face :) also you don't have wear it all over your eyes, just add a touch say on the inner corner of the eye or the eyeliner is all you need to incorporate colour.
p.s. just for the record the 80's did a bad thing for blue and shimmer because I love both and both can give outstanding, understated, classy and modern results!
